Why Am I Doing This?

I gave this weeks of serious thought. My wife and I have been giving at least 10% of our gross income to charity for the past decade. We feel very blessed. There are so many people on the planet who need help. I can tell you personally that our favorite checks to write each month are the ones that go to charitable organizations.

Is the contribution you give here tax deductable?

No it is not. We are not a not-for-profit organization. I do this site and my two other sites as a hobby. I have a day job. I really do not have any desire to also do all the work that is involved with running either a for profit or a not for profit business. I have had my own business in the past and I can tell you it is a lot of work!
